Hello dear all,
This is a great idea, i totally agree with you Athenai means i think you read in my mindI think it could be great if we could include this idea.Internet, particularly social media is the way that could help to improve these actions.
 Best regards

Thank you for this application proposal.
I fully support the initiative. I am aware my response comes a day later than the expected date. I am sorry and hope it is not too late to add something small. I think the SIG should also have a special focus on young mothers and single mothers. Looking at their position in the society, sometimes it is hard for them to get employment. Exposure to internet jobs and even the knowledge on how to work from home would really boost their financial status as well as enable them to spend quality time with their children.AthenaAthena Morgan

Thank you for this document
Interesting I was reading the ISOC Policy Paper Survey based upon surveying
The survey was conducted online using the Survey Monkey platform, and ran from 6 March to 19 April 2017. The link tothe questionnaire was disseminated via e-mail to and through the 21 Internet Society Chapters, as well as to InternetSociety individual members in the Asia-Pacific region
It notes that Some 2,072 individuals from 40 economies across the Asia-Pacific answered the survey. The majority (87%) weremembers of the Internet Society, and were male (79%)

Perhaps we should take stock of the high percentage of the respondents of this survey being male which if reflective on our  ISOC membership then we have a problem since these surveys help shape policy
