[Chapter-delegates] ISOC donations/Beyond the Net

This is an strong position that we support. Our local laws also does not alllow to receive any funds from/for political oriented positions, activities or similar blend. 

When a local NGO like Isoc local chapter do this, our laws disappear it. And if we do not do, isoc HQ does. 

Strongly agree with this smart approach from Brandt and other folks.
