My first question is on the term limits clause:

(ii) establish the length and maximum number of terms that any individual
> may hold office both successively and in total. ​


​I think for many Chapters this alone would need by-law change, probably
requiring an AGM or an extraordinary vote.​ At the same time it is so
vaguely worded as to allow effectively unlimited terms. Is there a limit as
to what ISOC would accept?

We understand that some of the changes in the agreement will imply some
