It's nonsense.  The question is whether the judge will recognize the
nonsense as such and deny the temporary restraining order, or will
think that the cautious thing to do is to grant it and let the two
sides argue it out in court.

So far the state of Arizona said plane tickets are expensive so can we
appear by phone, and the judge promptly said no.
