Dear Members,
I’d like to bring to your attention a new post on the Internet Society’s blog, Midway through the WTSA – late nights negotiating text in the Medina.
We’ve reached the midpoint of the World Telecommunication Standards Assembly, and the ISOC delegation has been following a number of Internet-related issues. In particular, we have been paying close attention to the discussions about the Internet of Things (IoT) and the Digital Object Architecture (DOA). In this new post, we examine how the Internet invariants can be a useful lens through which digital management tools for the IoT can be assessed.
You can access the post here: https://www.internetsociety.org/blog/public-policy/2016/10/midway-through-wtsa-–-late-nights-negotiating-text-medina
