[Chapter-delegates] New Chapter Admin Funding Program

Hello All:
As an active member I watched the Founders and the Board of the SFBay
Area ISOC Chapter struggle for funding since 2008 to keep our Chapter
operational and active as did subsequent leadership me included..so its
been a long journey to get here for us and many Chapters. Much to
celebrate and appreciate :-)!
Thank you to all who made this initiative a reality for ISOC Chapters.
