Dear Chapter Leaders,             To support the organization of mission related activities and projects Internet Society is currently providing project funding for our Chapters through the Beyond the Net Programme. We understood however that for a number of Chapters the funding of day-to-day operational costs is a challenge.  We are therefore pleased to announce the launch of a new funding programme that will allow Chapters to apply for funding to cover the day to day administrative or operational expenses.                The Chapter Admin Funding provides an annual contribution to help Chapters manage day-to-day activities. Those areas can range from registrations of the Chapter as a local entity, legal and accounting costs, liability insurance for the Officers of the Chapters, membership management, invoice processing, organization of the general assembly, or even general admin support. http://www.internetsociety.org/chapter-admin-funding                The Chapter eligibility to get the funds and the amount assigned to each Chapter will be determined by the Chapter Evaluation Report. The criteria that are used to evaluate the Chapter are in line with the minimum criteria as outlined in the Chapter Charter letter. In order to provide you with your individual information, the details about the funding and to validate the data we have about your Chapter, each of your Chapter Development Managers will contact you before the launch of the programme. Failure to provide information on time, may result in unfavorable evaluations, and therefore a lower fund allocation.               The funds assigned to each of your Chapters will be provided via email to your respective board members on Oct 31st, after this date, each Chapter can apply via Zoom Grants for 2016 funds.  Deadline to apply for 2016 funds is Dec 15th, 2016.    SIGs and New Chapters are part of the program and can apply under the same conditions .   For any questions, please contact Chapter-support at isoc.org .   Regards,   Chapter Support Team   <!--#yiv6902306387 _filtered #yiv6902306387 {} _filtered #yiv6902306387 {font-family:"Cambria Math";panose-1:2 4 5 3 5 4 6 3 2 4;} _filtered #yiv6902306387 {font-family:Calibri;panose-1:2 15 5 2 2 2 4 3 2 4;} _filtered #yiv6902306387 {font-family:Cambria;panose-1:2 4 5 3 5 4 6 3 2 4;}#yiv6902306387 #yiv6902306387 p.yiv6902306387MsoNormal, #yiv6902306387 li.yiv6902306387MsoNormal, #yiv6902306387 div.yiv6902306387MsoNormal {margin:0in;margin-bottom:.0001pt;font-size:12.0pt;font-family:Cambria;}#yiv6902306387 .yiv6902306387MsoChpDefault {font-family:Cambria;} _filtered #yiv6902306387 {margin:1.0in 1.25in 1.0in 1.25in;}#yiv6902306387 div.yiv6902306387WordSection1 {}-->
