Offline law applies equally online, so online gambling is illegal anywhere
gambling is illegal.  Of course enforcing a ban online gambling might be
difficult, but that is a different story.

In Switzerland, gambling is only allowed in licensed casinos, by using
certain types of machines, and for certain lotteries.  The Swiss Parliament
is currently considering changing the gambling law to force ISPs to block
online gambling sites. ISOC-CH is opposing those proposals.
