[Chapter-delegates] Announcing ISOC-Yemen's New Board & Audit Committee!

   Like Nadira, i too would be interested in hearing about voting systems and 
procedures. OTOH, i believe the reminder about congratulations being sent to the 
list was directed at those who may have missed the previous consensus to have 
congratulatory messages sent directly to the chapter concerned.

   Walid, i hope you can also send the description of your board elections (as 
well as the selection and role of the audit committee) to this list. Noting here 
that while the discussions on policies and issues during the recent Asia Pacific 
chapter leaders' meeting were indeed productive, the "internal" discussions on 
chapter administration and other concerns were missed.
