[Chapter-delegates] Chapter website tools project

Hello all,

In March of this year, we sent all of you a mail regarding the need for a
suite of open source tools and shared facilities to help every ISOC chapter
live up to its full potential. The mail also invited you to participate in
a survey.

We discussed the results of the survey with ISOC.ORG with the result that
they agreed to give financial support for the following goals for phase 1:

   1. Assemble a number of open source tools
   2. Create accessible and attractive ISOC chapter templates for
   desktop/mobile browser/tablet at least suitable for this projects' open
   source tools, with room for posts, background articles and chapter
   information
   3. Design acessible and attractive ISOC chapter templates for news
   letters.

This mail is about item 2, the creation of ISOC chapter templates.

As you may be aware, there is a rebranding project going on at ISOC.org,
and so our first step was to get the rebranding guidelines from marketing
communications manager Beth Gombala at ISOC.org. Next we asked the same
designer that designed the open internet app a few years back to use these
guidelines to come up with a flexible template for chapters.

We would really like to know your opinion and especially what else you
would like us to add to the template. We therefore kindly invite you to
look at the design and then spend a few minutes of your time filling out
our survey, which is on the same page.
