[Chapter-delegates] Webinar on preparing proposals for the IGF

Hi all,

as you know the deadline for proposals for this year's IGF is very close
now - June 6, 2016. Preparing a proposal is non-trivial.

Therefore in ISOC Mexico, with support from ISOC staff, we have set up an
urgent webinar for Monday, May 26, at 1800 MEX - 2300 UTC. It is in Spanish
and directed to our Mexican and Latin American participants mostly.

Below my name here you will find the message we have sent interrnally with
details for the webinar. I hope many of you can help us have your chapter
members' and your own participation. All knowledge will be welcome!!
