Alejandro,

I'm sorry to hear that you perceive that ISoc Trustees, once elected, 
hide away for three years.

Not only Hans Peter, but all the other trustees have been contributing 
regularly to various ISoc forums, and meeting chapter members at various 
places. For example, Desiree met with ISoc Sri Lanka members when she 
came to Sri Lanka on a private visit last month.

In addition, trustees work with the CEO and ISoc staff to ensure that 
chapters (and other ISoc stakeholders) get value from ISoc. We were 
successful in finally getting the Chapters Advisory Committee 
operational this year, as well as several other new initiatives, which 
are in the 2016 Action Plan

As a former Trustee, you know that we are all volunteers who take on 
this task in addition to our normal job, and try to put as much time as 
possible on board work as well as our own chapter work.
