[Chapter-delegates] 2016 Internet Society Board of Trustees Elections

Dear Chapter Leader,

 

The 2016 ISOC Board of Trustees elections have begun!  

 

Electronic ballots were emailed today to all voting delegates. They will
have until Wednesday, 20 April at 15:00 UTC to cast their ballots. 

 

In this year's election cycle, Chapters are asked to elect one Trustee to
the Board. So voting delegates may vote for only one of the candidates on
the Chapters ballot. All new Trustees will serve three-year terms commencing
in June.

In order to encourage dialogue and participation by voting representatives
and all Chapter leaders, the Elections Committee is again providing an
online Candidate Forum on Connect. If you did not receive a link to join the
Candidate Forum or if you cannot access the forum on Connect please contact
me.

 

We encourage you to familiarize yourself with the candidates and engage with
your Chapter's voting delegate on the choices this election presents.  If
you do not know who the voting delegate is for your Chapter, do not hesitate
to contact Joyce Dogniez, ISOC Director of Chapters (
