[Chapter-delegates] Need your input: survey by ISOC-NL/ISOC NYC to create new set of chapter website tools.

Dear Alexander,

this is a great idea.

We will complete the survey and would be happy to contribute somehow with
it.

We could also contribute translating any explanatory documents into Spanish.
