[Chapter-delegates] Elections, Polls, Electorate

Hello:

With close to 2000 regional and global members SFBay Area ISOC Chapter
has had the same struggles with its membership. Last year we went
through a painful exercise to identify active and informational only
members so we could better focus our communication and engagement.
During the board election only the active members voted. We still have
some way to go but I like the ideas shared in this email string. The
ISOC membership database and Connect have been somewhat helpful but a
challenge as well especially for targeted communication.

Regards,
Leah Symekher
