[Chapter-delegates] ISOC Board elections period closes soon

Folks
No organization wants to do things like extend dates, but we had to do it
at Marconi last year. It's usually practical.
Because this came from one of our chapters, who cited a reasonable purpose
(difficulty in holding a chapter meeting on time), I urge extending say 72
hours. There's every reason to be helpful to our chapters when it's not a
big issue.
Unless there's a major issue - such as a meeting already scheduled to
review things tomorrow - it's good to be ersponsive.
It would be right to make sure that whatever is done is made clear on the
appropriate part of the website.
