[Chapter-delegates] ISOC Board elections period closes soon

As a reminder, additional nominations for election to the Board of Trustees
may be made by petition by the candidate, and filed with the Chair of the
Nominations Committee at 2016-petition-request at elists.isoc.org. The
Petition period is open until Monday, 7 March at 15:00 UTC. Successful
petitioners will be placed on the ballot. The final slate announcement will
be made no later than Wednesday, 9 March.
