[Chapter-delegates] Nepal Chapter elects new leadership for next tenure

Dear Babu Ram, Bikram and colleagues at ISOC Nepal
It is indeed great to see the old team gracefully making space for the new,
in the best traditions of democracy.  I am aware that Babu Ram has provided
sound leadership for the chapter in the past years...thank you Babu Ram and
the outgoing team!

My best wishes to the incoming team led by Bikram. We have already met with
Bikram several times, and I'm sure the ISOC Nepal will go to great lengths
under your leadership.
