Agreed, but another thought: do we ignore them until the country changes its 
policy to something we approve of or do we support them and help to drive 
change, educate and promote alternatives?

I look at Africa as an example, if we didn't support chapters in countries 
where we didn't agree with their politics, think at how much poorer the 
continent would be? People would have less education, less access to know 
what is out there in the world and what freedom of expression is.

Maybe we should be looking at ways to circumvent that the censure as 
organisations did during the Spring uprising.....
