[Chapter-delegates] ION Bangladesh 2016

Thanks a lot Joyce for your concern and always nice co-operation.

After getting comments and experience from other chapters ,Now we are
realizing the importance to make a policy through chapter advisory council
(actively) for resolve these type issue for any chapter .

Besides ISOC can organize a virtual meeting for chapter delegates just for
further face to face discussion to make this policy . it's very much
important for strengthen the chapters also sustainable in future (if we
really want to work for chapter strengthen and development) .

Thanks again for all chapter delegates who put their valuable time for
share their experience and comments .
