[Chapter-delegates] [ISOC - LAC] : Apoya con tu voto a la Biblioteca para Ciegos Tiflolibros

Hi,

as some of the Chapter Delegates may know, this call for a vote is part of
a contest that is being run by ISOC for Latin American chapters, known as
Chapterthon. There are projects backed by ISOC Argentina, which is the one
Olga Cavalli is supporting, as well as from Mexico, El Savador, Venezuela,
Chile and Nicaragua.

The role of a Trustee would be much better represented by calling on all
Chapters and ISOC community members to look at all the projects and select
(and even promote) the one you find most suitable. A show of impartiality
"at the top" would have been welcome.

(Full disclosure: yes, our chapter in Mexico has a project in the contest,
as mentioned above.)
