[Chapter-delegates] ChAC Decision Needed: Proposal for greater Chapter participation in developing position & policy briefs

I welcome this initiative supporting the role of local chaptes in the negotiation and application of ISOC related policies, which I agree as AC representative of the Dominican Republic Chapter.
