Correct, someone is sending email in my name, from other servers than the ones frobbit.se uses. If you use SPF or something like that, you will detect it (i.e. your email system will detect it) and throw the email away.

I have suggested ISOC start validating SPF/DKIM/DMARC so these email messages got thrown away before they end up on lists hosted by ISOC, but it is not done.

I.e. it is quite easy to see it is spam.
