+1 Avri,
I also think ChAC group on connect is open to all.
We can consider this as an internal election within the ChAC members.
Since, the process is documented, maybe, Joyce can ask one of the staff, to
add a the process of replacing ChAc steering committee member as an
additional section to the Rules and Procedures and make it available
online.
