[Chapter-delegates] Pokemon GO

Making me think hard...someone just go shot dead yesterday in the 
streets of San Francisco while playing PokemonGo.  These senseless 
deaths happen in the U.S way way too much but not sure what the 
connection was with PokemonGo.
