[Chapter-delegates] NARALO General Assembly in October 2016

The  ATLARGE  RALO for North America will be holding a General Assembly in
either  San Juan, PR  or it might be moved to an US location due to the
Zika Virus.   Since every North American  ISOC Chapters are members of
NARALO,  they will receive a travel, accomodation and stiped to attend.

Judith Hellerstein and myself ( as Chair of NARALO) is looking to the
community you have an interest to have a informal or formal time together
 apart from our  structured  general assembly meetings for NARALO.   If
 this is of interest  I would like to suggest a chapter delegate only
meeting to share experiences and have a frank open discussion. We can also
meet with ISOC staff as well.   I am suggesting a breakfast type meeting
prior to the iCANN stuff

I would like one of the iSOC NA leaders to take charge of the purpose and
results of this meeting due to my obligations with the General Assembly
Any  volunteers?  I would suggest Ogi Mitev who is an experienced
facilitator( assuming he will be the designate to go to the meeting)
