As menitoned  the  Dynamic Spectrum Alliance Global Summit 2016 in Bogota
Colombia  has  ISOC as a  silver sponsor.

Note:  6harmonics.com  a  Canadian company is speaking at the conference.
Microsoft is involved with  TV Whitespace with 200 locations in the
Phillipines.

Since the spectrum has opened it becomes an interesting  opportunity for
ISOC  to speak up on this issue.  I will be arriving on Tuesday afternoon
and  promoting   IEEE SIGHT  on Community of Practice on  various
 connectivity projects we are doing including a project with the new  ISOC
 SIG on Enabling Communities with Communication Technologies.
