Hi,

first of all this could look amenable to treating as a trademark case. If
money is involved you have fraud too. The page's statement of why it
displays the ISOC global page is sneaky and may provide a useful subterfuge.

You may also have a domain-name case. The registry is... PIR; it is a .org
domain name.

Looks like the chapters in Canada should quickly assess the legal situation
in-country as well as for a UDRP, then move together with ISOC HQ. Need to
think strategically.
