[Chapter-delegates] ISOC Toronto

Hi Folks

I noticed that the  www.isoctoronto.org   is still operational and it's
showing the  current ISOC page.

This site has been operating for years.  He asks people to complete  a form
if interested.

This isn't a chapter and it's stealing potential chapter members from ISOC
Canada chapter.

Is anything ever going to be done with this?
