[Chapter-delegates] Problem with AMS Chapter Administration

I'm showing you have 192 current members and over 450 members awaiting renewal, so that is probably the issue.  Your membership expired on February 24th of 2016.

I would strongly recommend renewing the members via the Renewals page, or implement auto-renewal for your chapter as we have with other chapters.

I also responded to your other issue about chapter-admin privileges not showing up for your SIG member - the most recent response went out again today.

I do not know if there is a larger issue with email somewhere, but we have been trying to contact both you and Tushar with regular and timely responses.
