[Chapter-delegates] NEWS: The Internet Society Names New Regional Bureau Director for North America

Dave,
Not sure the choice of North America director is of interest for all
chapters, but I also hope that Mark will be working with other countries,
not only USA and Canada. Would be good to hear which countries are within
his region.
Also, he starts on May 2nd, not sure if he is reading this list :)
