Dear Leghris, thank you for questions.


1. I see the development of ISOC chapters as bottom up procedure enriched by the ISOC' "spread the word" initiatives. I also envision this process as natural, on sync with internet development and penetration.


2. Well, I really hope so. It depends on particular chapter's position and strategy.


3. There is a dependency between ISOC as global multustakeholder organization and chapters. I believe every initiative of the chapter impacts the ISOC in constructive way. Stronger the communications, better the result.
