[Chapter-delegates] questions to the candidates for the BoT

Dear all,

by the end of the day I will compile all the questions and answers
(addressed to me= that are in the connect platform and send it as a
attached document to this list.

Then we can follow up answering questions directly here.

Would this be a good approach?
