[Chapter-delegates] Website Reported Hacked

I think this warning appears when Google finds 'unexpected' pages within a
website. For more information, pls see:

https://blog.sucuri.net/2013/10/understanding-search-engine-warnings-part-i-google-this-site-may-be-hacked.html

For instance, after a quick search, I find the following pages in the site
point to topics that appear unrelated to ISOC:

http://www.internetsociety.ca/page-59599/
http://www.internetsociety.ca/page-39605/
http://www.internetsociety.ca/page-27288/

These may be artefacts from an earlier hack, or the hackers may be still be
around. These could be the reason for the hacked message.
