[Chapter-delegates] questions to the candidates for the BoT

Thanks.
I am surprised that the voting chapter delegates are not subscribed 
automatically, but we have to email elections at isoc.org (I've BCC:ed them).
I logged in - no such forum. Now they will probably send me something, 
which I have to click, and then confirm, in order to sign up. Extremely 
user-unfriendly.

I've setup to receive everything by email, but obviously I am not 
getting the candidates' discussions. If I were a candidate, I would be 
worried that my message doesn't get to the people, who vote for me.
