[Chapter-delegates] questions to the candidates for the BoT

Hans Peter,
this is welcome news. I hope the use-case approach we have advocated for
years is applied soon with ample opportunity to participate.
What you CAN do right now is insert a link to the Candidates Forum in the
elections page that is run by the Election Committee.
IMO it is being proven again that Connect is functioning as a tool for
exclusion so add that sin to the sin of not complying to basic standards.
