[Chapter-delegates] questions to the candidates for the BoT

Thank you, Olga!
While it is understandable the desire of ISOC to keep everything on
Connect, perhaps we should note that there are chapters, which are in
countries with limited connectivity? A mailing list, where people ask
questions and receive answers may be also a good thing. And someone at ISOC
could copy and paste them in the Connect for those of us, who are using it.

We have already enough lists and forums, and social media, imho.
