[Chapter-delegates] EU council- General Data Protection

Please find attached a leaked Council document for the upcoming 
trialogue on the General Data Protection Regulation on 16-17 September. 
The document deals with Chapter III and issues such as rights of the 
data subject, and sets out the Commission proposal, the positions of the 
Council and the European Parliament, and the current compromise 
position.
