[Chapter-delegates] Portuguese Internet Governance Forum

Dear friends,

The fourth edition of the “Forum Sociedade da Informação - Governação da 
Internet”, the Portuguese Internet Governance Forum will take place on 
10 September 2015 in Porto.

*For 2015 the Programme is organized around the following themes:*

1) The future of Internet Governance: State of play of the discussions 
at the international level (Plenary session)

2) New media: The current formats consumption and media literacy 
(parallel session)

3) Digital Skills, Employability and Social Inclusion (parallel session)

4) Privacy, Internet Security and Risk Management: Innovation Engine 
(parallel session)

5) Internet Domains: a new paradigm in the company's marketing strategy 
(parallel session)

6) Discussion with political parties on current challenges facing the 
Internet Governance (Plenary session)

*Special note*: Session 1) will have two international distinguished 
speakers:

- *Markus Kummer*, a member of the Board of Directors of ICANN and 
played various positions in the area of ​​internet governance within, 
among other organizations, the United Nations and the Internet Society

- *Ambassador Benedicto Fonseca Filho*, Department of Scientific and 
Technological Issues Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Brazil (it is 
recalled that the IGF2015 - Internet Governance Forum will take place in 
Joao Pessoa, Brazil - www.igf2015.br <http://www.igf2015.br>)

Final note: We also invited Frédéric Donck of ISOC Europe that, 
unfortunately, cannot be present due to agenda conflict with another event.
