[Chapter-delegates] Call for PIR Director Nominations

In 2016, there will be three open Director positions on the board of the Public Interest Registry (PIR). I am pleased to announce that the Internet Society's PIR Nominations Committee is now accepting nominations for those Director roles, beginning today and until 30 November 2015 at 23:00 UTC.
