[Chapter-delegates] ISOcCSI Annual event - Information Security and Digital Forensic

It was firs just national association of network experts but after 1992 
(when ISOC was set
in Kobe INET conference))
we applied very soon for a national Chapter. So as a chapter we
exist 20 years. Sorry for the misleading information.
