Dear Colleagues,
The following application to start a Chapter in Kyrgyzstan has been
received. It is being sent to the chapter delegates community for peer
comment and review.
Please note that the Chapter is not yet formed and has not officially been
recognised by the Internet Society.
I would also like to draw your attention to the fact that the affiliations
of the founding members are given as stakeholder categories instead of
organisation names in this application. Based on the feedback we received
after some previous applications we are using this categorisation now. See
the application for details. Comments on that are welcome as well.
The period allowed for comments is two weeks from today and the deadline
is October 21st, 2015.
Please do not hesitate to contact me on or off list.
