[Chapter-delegates] Welcome Internet of Food Special Interest Group

As an economist I welcome initiative. World hunger is not because we 
cannot produce food.
I hope the scope of Internet related interest here includes the FAO 
initiatives on:

  *   Post-Harvest Management (PHM) and
  * Food Loss Reduction (FLR)

since that engages the full food chain from producer to consumer.
