[Chapter-delegates] Fwd: [SPAM] ISOC Collaboration Opportunity – Distance Learning MSc

   If the email had been about soliciting research papers (for example), it 
would still have been unsolicitied but perhaps more welcome. But as it was 
clearly marketing email intended to push a product/service, then it's spam.  I 
hear an "explanation" email has been circulated, but unfortunately i did not 
receive a copy.
