Bio

David Goulet has been a Linux open source software developer for many
years. Before joining The Tor Project, he maintained part of the LTTng
project (lttng.org) while working at EfficiOS Inc. He is also an active
developer of the Off-the-record project which provides end-to-end
encryption for chat (otr.im).
