On behalf of ISOC Singapore, I ran a workshop at the FOSSAsia.org event in March
around "Secure E7y Nomadic Toolkit" which was about creating a toolkit
that provided
an emergency (e7y) communication system in a secure manner.

We worked on using the Serval Project as the tool do to mesh networking using
Android phones. Nothing stopping incorporating Serval onto a Raspberry Pi setup.
