[Chapter-delegates] Application for an Internet Society Tanzania Chapter

ISOC Kenya fully supports the formation of Tanzania Chapter. Last year I
had the priviledged opportunity, on behalf of ISOC, to provide some
guidance on chapter formation and by-laws to the group that was led by Rukia
Hayata. Am glad that the dividends are positively paying off, and now we
can justifiably claim to have a complete regional EA ISOC hub, and that we
can now engage and address regional IG issues as an entity.
