[Chapter-delegates] ISOC - CL : Application for an Internet Society Tanzania Chapter

I have met some of the members listed here during Afrinic 14 in Dar es
salaam in June 2011.
They have really contributed to the success of Afrinic 14 in their country.
If today they gather around ISOC.tz chapter, there is no doubt that they
are qualified to run their chapter.
So, I support the creation of the ISOC Tanzania  Chapter.
