Glenn,
This seems like a model that many other Chapters might be interested in following as well.
Congratulations on a great program.

Subject: [Chapter-delegates] Electronic Workshops for Young Children
Hi All
It's school break in Ontario and we organized a hands on workshop for three basic electronic workshops in our city for low income children who normally don't have access to free workshops focused on elementary electricity which is a gateway learning to appreciation of electronics and engineering

We had six students as trainers from Women in Engineering at UOIT together with our foundation, Foundation for Building Sustainable Communities. All nine of us provided one on one assistance to the young children
All the children took home more than toys, they learned to problem solve and build . basic electrical circuits.
