[Chapter-delegates] New chairman, treasurer and secretary at ISOC-nl

All,

After 13(!) years of unwavering commitment to ISOC-NL, of which 3 years as
chairman, Dick Kalkman stepped down on February 6th, handing over his
chairman position to myself.

In order to express our gratitude for all of his efforts, we offered him a
dinner and an appropriate present last week right in the middle of the
famous red light district of Amsterdam, which location should not lead to
any conclusions re ISOC-NL.

Other changes concern Frank Kresin as the new secretary and Cees Segers as
the new treasurer.
